Summer Hamilton

National Practice Leader
levrx

Summer Hamilton serves as the National Practice Leader at Levrx, where she drives revenue strategy, national distribution, and enterprise partnerships across consultant, employer, and PBM sectors. With more than 21 years of experience in healthcare and consultant channel management—including over 15 years in executive leadership, Summer has played a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and positioning Levrx as a leader in the evolving pharmacy ecosystem.

A recognized growth architect, Summer has built and scaled multiple organizations across early- and growth-stage environments by designing end-to-end strategies spanning sales, marketing, product positioning, and value proposition development. She helped transform Rx Savings Solutions’ go-to-market approach by designing and executing a coordinated, consultant-led distribution strategy — significantly sharpening sales positioning and materially accelerating growth to more than 26 million members and 70+ Fortune 500 clients.

Earlier in her career, Summer led sales and P&L responsibility at BeneTrac for nearly a decade, driving the organization through the largest period of growth in its history. During this time, she built high-performing national sales and consultant channels, executed large-scale enterprise rollouts, and developed a differentiated carrier partner funding model that enabled insurance carriers to subsidize a portion of BeneTrac’s services—significantly improving adoption. She later joined Empyrean during a pivotal growth phase, when the company primarily served jumbo employers with highly customized and costly implementations. In addition to building the sales organization from the ground up, Summer launched Empyrean’s consultant distribution strategy and led the design of a scalable, profitable product offering that materially improved unit economics and enabled broader market adoption through national consultant partnerships.

Summer holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University (FSU), where she was a full-scholarship athlete and graduated with honors in under three years. She also earned a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and Business Management from Florida State.
