Sujatha joined S&P Global in 2022 from IHS Markit. She now leads community and workplace engagement at S&P Global, reporting into the Chief People Officer. With responsibility for workplace engagement,  corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, and initiatives that strengthen connection, recognition, culture, and employee sentiment across our global organization of over 40,000 people. 

In her current role, Sujatha also serves as Chair of the S&P Global Foundation. She works closely with the Foundation Board, partner organizations and colleagues to advance meaningful social impact and support the communities where we live and work. 

Sujatha’s work is grounded in a People Forward mindset and focused on building inclusive, connected workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. 

Sujatha graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in English literature. She lives in NY city, with her family and two very spoilt dogs.
