Steve Steckler is a Senior Strategic Advisor for Strategia Analytics. For over three decades, he has worked with business and HR executives across diverse industries to develop and align strategy, increase leadership effectiveness, successfully execute transformations, and introduce and sustain change to achieve top-line growth.

Steve has led strategic alignment and change initiatives with a "hands-on" approach across global organizations in high technology, biopharma, chemicals, software development, hospitality, advertising, financial services, and government/defense contracting. He has worked for a number of the most admired global companies, including Microsoft, Marriott International, TRW, WPP, CIBA-GEIGY, and most recently Merck KGaA. Steven is now leveraging his “big company” experience and learnings to help smaller companies and organizations achieve accelerated results. He has an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Sociology from the George Washington University.
