Steven Lensing is a strategic Total Rewards executive with more than two decades of experience shaping compensation, benefits, equity, and HR technology strategies for global organizations across healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors. He currently serves as SVP of HR Technology, Total Rewards, Analytics, and Payroll at Zelis Healthcare, where he leads a multi-national team and has played a key role in incentive harmonization, global career architecture design, and driving pay equity parity. Known for blending analytical precision with visionary thinking, Steve has consistently partnered with Boards, Compensation Committees, Finance, and Legal teams to modernize executive and broad-based reward programs while navigating complex regulatory and governance landscapes.

Prior to Zelis, Steve held senior global Total Rewards leadership roles at Qlik, Radian, Atlassian, SAP, eBay, and Intel, influencing compensation strategy through IPOs, private equity ownership, spin-offs, and large-scale integrations . His work spans across more than 30 countries.

Steve holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Music in Double Bass Performance from DePaul University. He and his wife are proud to share their lives and home with their 2 adult children, daughter-in-law, and four mischievous giant dogs.
