Stephen has over 35 years of experience consulting in areas around organizational change, culture and leadership. Since joining United Minds in 2015 to establish and lead our EMEA practice, Stephen has led many of our largest client engagements and acted as a senior counsellor and trusted advisor to client leaders on many others. Stephen is a highly skilled facilitator and workshop leader much in demand with clients around the world to lead sensitive, mission critical meetings.

Among the highlights of Stephen’s time with United Minds are leading assignments to help integrate Boehringer Ingelheim and Sanofi’s animal health businesses following an acquisition; the launch Sanofi’s new global brand and purpose with employees; the transformation of Olympus into a global medical devices business with a strong patient safety and quality culture. These projects and other projects Stephen has led have been recognized with awards from the IOIC, The Drum and Communique.

Stephen is a Chartered Management Consultant and is an accredited Prosci Change Management and Team Management Systems practitioner. He has lived and worked in both the UK and USA and moved to France in 2022.
