He served as Executive Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Salesforce, where he shaped global pay and benefits strategies during a period of significant growth. Prior to Salesforce, Stan held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Visa, and Sun Microsystems.

A long-time advocate of Syndio, Stan has joined the company as a an Executive Advisor, Total Rewards Innovation. In this role, he is helping to shape Syndio’s AI Product with a focus on functionality, user experience, and the real-world needs of compensation leaders.
