Stacye Furmanek reimagines how benefits work for people. As Vice President of Benefits for Advocate Health, she leads health & welfare, retirement, and well-being programs for one of the nation’s largest health systems. Her goal: make benefits simple, meaningful, and built around the teammate experience.

She has worked over the last year to turn complexity into clarity. From plan design to vendor strategy to teammate engagement, she has helped build systems that perform and partnerships that last. She’s known for aligning teams, solving problems fast, and guiding smooth transitions.  Her current focus includes advancing a teammate?first benefits model, aligning partners on measurable outcomes, and embedding continuous improvement into day?to?day delivery.

Her career includes leadership roles at Baylor Scott & White Health and UCHealth, where she led initiatives to improve affordability, access, and experience. Ms. Furmanek is a frequent collaborator with industry partners and will speak at The Conference Board’s Employee Health Care Conference in New York and San Diego in 2026, sharing practical lessons on transforming benefits at scale.
