Key to establishing Visa as a GenAI leader, she has led enterprise initiatives boosting productivity and technology adoption. Renowned for matrixed leadership, she has directed over 1,300 employees through complex transformations. She excels in building highperforming teams, optimizing operations, cutting operating costs by millions, saving over 1000 hours, and delivering sustainable growth.

She has held multiple roles at Visa (NYSE: V) with increasing responsibility, where she has driven transformational initiatives across multiple disciplines, including enterprise transformation, marketing, finance, and operational excellence. In her current role as Vice President of Implementation & Change, Stacey spearheaded enterprise-wide GenAI and achieved a 98% adoption rate and measurable productivity gains. She has successfully led large-scale Agile and digital transformations, streamlined global processes, and enhanced employee engagement scores by 36% through innovative tools and training. Known for her ability to align strategy with execution, Stacey has consistently delivered impactful results, making her a sought-after leader.

During her decade at Adobe Systems, she contributed to its growth from under $1B to over $4.5B in revenue. As Group Marketing Manager, she led M&A integrations, supported Adobe’s shift to a SaaS model, and enhanced its digital marketing capabilities. She drove cost-saving initiatives, streamlined processes, and created externally recognized professional development programs. Stacey’s leadership in measurement, strategy alignment, and customer insight helped position Adobe as a leader in digital marketing. She began her career at Mazda NA, Symantec, and Metricom where she focused on market research, brand communications and mobile data strategies.

Stacey serves on the Advisory Board of the Asian University for Women, which supports education for women from underserved regions. She served on the boards for the Leigh Performing Arts Parents Association and the American Musical Theatre of San Jose, a $7M nonprofit. She also served on the Board of Directors for Las Madres, a nonprofit supporting families in Santa Clara County.

Stacey has an M.A. in Research Methods and dual B.A.s. She has received multiple awards, including the Marketing Excellence award at Adobe, and is an active speaker on business transformation. She is a mountain and hiking enthusiast, puzzle aficionado, and proud mother of four grown children. She resides in the Sierra Nevada Foothills with her husband and actively supports organizations dedicated to girls' education, confidence-building, and STEM skill development.
