Spring Lacy is the Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Culture and Community at Verizon.

Passionate about building an inclusive talent pipeline, Spring’s team hires over 20,000 new V Teamers annually, ensuring the company has the right talent and skills to meet business and customer needs. Spring also oversees Verizon’s global volunteerism program, a key element of the company’s community engagement commitments, which has logged over 2.5 million volunteer hours to date.

Spring has an extensive career in private, government, and nonprofit sectors, including senior HR leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase and Prudential where she spearheaded the company's first diverse leader sponsorship program.

She currently brings her passion for empowerment to Verizon, where she helps employees drive innovation and impact by fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and visibility.

Spring holds a BA from Spelman College and an MPA from NYU.
