Shreya Bhagwanth currently works with 3M as the Asia Pacific Total Rewards Leader. She has also been the Inclusion champion in 3M for Asia Pacific and represented this geography in the CEO Inclusion Council. Prior to this role, she led the Human Resources function for 3M in India.
Shreya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.

With 25 years of work experience in various HR roles, Shreya is an experienced HR leader with expertise in areas of HR Strategy Formulation, Strategic Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Development Frameworks, Compensation and Benefits, Employer Brand Management and Workforce Planning.

Shreya began her career with Hindustan Unilever Limited and undertook roles in Factory HR, R&D HR, Employer Branding and HR Business Partnering. She cofounded a firm focused on leadership and talent development and ran it in partnership for 5 years. Subsequently she resumed a corporate career and worked with leading organizations such as Aditya Birla Group and Siemens. She joined 3M in 2018.

Shreya’s hobbies include music, baking and travelling with her family. She is a Star Wars Fangirl and believes that Yoda offers great management insight. On the personal front, Shreya is married to Mahesh, and they parent 2 young adults who are at University and finding their way in the world.

Shreya is passionate about the difference and impact that HR makes in an organization and in enabling/mentoring women with their Career Intentionality. She volunteers her time with the CII for mentoring women and for co-facilitating the XLRI Up Surge Program.
