Shira is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Sustainability practice. She has served clients across industries on growth and impact strategy engagements with a focus on health and food. Shira helped stand up Deloitte’s Purpose Office, which launched in 2021, and shaped the firm’s priorities and commitments.

Today, she is stewarding investment in Deloitte’s capabilities to serve clients along their purpose and sustainability journeys. Shira is a thought leader on corporate purpose strategy and her papers have been featured in Deloitte.com, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Prior to Deloitte, Shira worked with international development nonprofits operating in the Middle East, South Asia, Central America, and West Africa.

She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Yale School of Management. Shira was born and raised in New York City, where she currently lives with her family.
