SHERRY CASSANO is the Chief Talent Officer and Senior Vice President, People Experience for the US and International Commercial Divisions at Pfizer. In this dual role, Sherry leads the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives for our colleague population focused on talent, culture, engagement, growth, and development, delivering with purpose and precision, driving organizational success, and fostering cultures of respect and inclusion.
Sherry joined Pfizer in 2004, where her aptitude for finding the right people for the right positions led to rising seniority, scope, and responsibility, supporting nearly every area of the company’s business, including R&D and Manufacturing. An essential element of Sherry’s work has always been the positive transformation of working cultures. Her leadership in areas such as flexible working models, leadership assessment strategies designed to drive transformation, accelerating AI in talent management and shaping the future of Pfizer’s workforce leading to Pfizer’s recognition as one of the best employers. Sherry resides in Connecticut with her husband and two children and enjoys travelling, joyfully entertaining family and friends, and actively participating in Orangetheory Fitness.
