Sheril Perez is the Director of Global Benefits and Mobility at Samsara, where she serves on the Scale team leading global benefits, leaves of absence, mobility and immigration, as well as wellness and perks. With more than 25 years of experience in the benefits industry, Sheril brings a comprehensive perspective shaped by leadership roles across carriers, consulting, and in-house environments.

She began her career with VSP and Aetna before spending 13 years in the broker and consulting space, advising medium to large organizations on benefits strategy, cost management, and program optimization. Over the past 12 years in-house—primarily within global technology companies—Sheril has led large-scale benefits transformations focused on scalability, global harmonization, and operational efficiency.

At Samsara, she partners closely with U.S. and global consultants to modernize programs, streamline vendor ecosystems, and design sustainable total rewards strategies that support rapid international growth. Sheril is known for aligning benefits strategy with business objectives, driving efficiencies while maintaining competitive, equitable programs that meet the evolving needs of a global workforce.
