Sheila Nordquist is a Managing Director and Head of Health & Benefits, North America at WTW, a role she assumed in 2026. She is responsible for leading strategy, growth and client delivery for H&B across North America. Sheila has been with WTW since 2013 and has held several senior leadership positions, including Midwest Region Leader, WI/MN Market Leader and Interim Growth Co?Leader within H&B. Her experience includes leading regional teams, driving business growth and delivering outstanding client service and financial outcomes. Prior to WTW, she was a leader of the benefits department at a regional broker where she also participated on the Board of Directors and provided strategic guidance to their largest corporate clients.
