As Senior Manager, Benefits at Spectrum, she leverages her deep clinical expertise to shape the strategy, innovation, and long-term evolution of the Company’s benefit ecosystem. She is known for championing solutions that put member experience at the center — driving adoption of forward-thinking programs and point solutions that elevate care access, quality, and outcomes across the workforce.

A recognized leader at the intersection of healthcare delivery and benefits design, Dr. Samson is committed to building systems that meet people where they are and support meaningful, measurable wellness. Prior to joining Spectrum, Dr. Samson spent 15 years in clinical chiropractic practice, specializing in integrative pain management, physical rehabilitation, nutrition, and acupuncture. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree along with dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and human biology from Logan University.
