Seth Fox is Chief Information Officer (CIO) for S&P Global. A strategic, people-centered technologist, Seth translates complex technology into measurable business outcomes. He leads the delivery of innovative technology products and services that empower employees, divisional technology teams and supporting business functions. In his role, he focuses on driving growth, enhancing productivity and modernizing digital capabilities while also overseeing enterprise technology risk management to safeguard the S&P Global brand through robust cybersecurity strategies.

Before stepping into the CIO role, Seth served in S&P Global's People organization, where he focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences through robust pay, rewards, wellness and regional business partnering services. Prior to this, he built and led the organization responsible for reshaping the digital employee experience through improved collaboration and productivity technology.

Before joining S&P Global, Seth held various technology and leadership positions at NetApp, IBM and several startups. Throughout his career, he has championed superior customer experiences and transformative technology solutions, ranging from early hybrid cloud delivery models to foundational iterations of chatbots leveraging natural language processing.
