Mr. Massanas joined Puig in 1999 as Customer Service Manager Retail Division. He took over the position of Labor Relations Manager of Spanish Factories in 2001. From 2006 to 2010 he held different positions in the Customer Service Department, ending the period as Global Customer Service Director. In 2011 Sergio was appointed Latin America Human Resources Director based first in Brazil and finally in Chile adding North America Market to the initial scope, till 2015 when he headed back to Barcelona adding the HR responsibility over EMEA, Travel Retail and Regional Offices Markets. In 2017 he took over the position of International Markets & Headquarters HR Director. Since January 2020 Mr. Massanas holds the position of HR VP of Puig Beauty and Fashion Division,

Sergio Massanas Canet holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a Post Graduate Cert in International Comparative Law and European Law from the Katholieke Universiteit te Leuven (Belgium)
