Sergei has been working in Japan Tobacco International since 1998, holding number of positions in IT and HR.  He is currently responsible for setting up and leading Agile Operations in People & Culture function that serves as internal consultancy pool to implement strategic projects, deliver global solutions as well as secure people partnering for JTI HQ and Global Functions.

In his previos role in HR Sergei was responsible for Global Talent Management agenda including Learning & Development, Talent Processes, Leadership Developent and internal HR Academy. Prior to this Sergei took care of Talent Attraction and Employer Brand as well as HR-IS function. On IT side Sergei led global IT shared-services organization.

Sergei holds Master’s degree in Information science from St.Petesrbug University of Electrical Engineering, and MBA from Warwick University (UK).
