Scott Bacigalupo is the Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Formation at Nasdaq, a role he assumed in early 2026. In this capacity, he leads global efforts to drive capital raising and liquidity solutions for companies across the public and private sectors.

Prior Professional Experience
• Allen & Company LLC (2016–2026): Spent a decade as a Managing Director and Partner, where he led the Capital and Public Markets Group. His work focused on institutional equity markets, M&A activity, and advising on large-scale capital market transactions.
• Bank of America Merrill Lynch: Dedicated over 20 years to the firm, eventually serving as the Head of Americas Equities. During his tenure, he specialized in risk management, institutional sales, and overseeing the firm’s broader equities business.

Scott is an alumnus of Princeton University, where he was a standout student-athlete.
