Sasha Gribov is a technology entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of Milu Health. He has previous had leadership roles at technology companies including as a venture capital investor at Lightbank, Chief of Staff at Groupon and Vice President and General Manager of AI Diagnostics at Tempus AI, where he led efforts to develop, validate and deploy machine learning algorithms to help oncologists make treatment decisions for advanced cancer patients.

In 2022, Sasha and Gautam Kumar co-founded Milu Health, with the mission of helping American employers and their employees use real-time data and AI to get access to high quality healthcare at affordable costs. To do this, Milu has developed the first proactive care team and AI engine which connects directly to electronic health records and provides real time notifications to patients whenever it identifies care gaps, medication issues and other ways to improve health outcomes.
