Sarretta McDonough is Chief Regulatory Counsel, Global Antitrust and International Trade at Intel Corporation, where she oversees the antitrust and trade functions for import and exports globally and leads an 80-person team. Sarretta joined Intel in 2018 after practicing at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represented multinational clients in litigation and regulatory competition matters around the globe. She serves as an Officer of the Antitrust Section of the International Bar Association, an Advisor to the Executive Committee of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section of the California Lawyers Association, a Board Member of NephCure Kidney International, and is a Past President of the National Association of Women Lawyers. GCR has recognized Sarretta as a “Future Leader” and a leading practitioner in competition. She is a member of the California Bar and a solicitor of England and Wales. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
