Sarah has 30 years of Transformation and Change Experience spanning multiple industries and countries.  She joined TD in 2013, to establish the global Organization Effectiveness team and quickly became engaged in organizational change at the Bank.  Most recently, Sarah was a transformation leader in TD's Agile at Scale Transformation, encompassing more than 25,000 colleagues and 6 lines of business.

Prior to her roles at TD, Sarah has led or advised on complex organizational changes for companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprises Europe, ING Group and as a consultant for several multinational Fortune 500 clients.  Sarah is originally from New York, live in Europe for 17 years and is now based in Toronto, Canada.
