Sarah Hawkins currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Team Member Well-being for AdventHealth. In her role she supports company-wide well-being strategy development and implementation for 100,000+ healthcare employees, including innovative physical and mental health solutions. Sarah holds a master’s degree and undergraduate degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida. She is a doctoral candidate working on her PhD in Public Affairs, with a specialization in Global and Community Health Services Research. Sarah is also a certified Health Education Specialist with experience in employee health and well-being, health promotion, and research. She loves being a mom to her two-year-old son and enjoys spending time with her family and being active.
