IBM

Sara Link is the Global Head of Employee Impact for CSR at IBM, where she leads employee engagement, the company’s volunteerism, giving, and disaster relief initiatives. She harnesses AI, cloud computing, and employee expertise to drive positive societal impact across IBM's core CSR priorities: education and workforce development, social innovation, employee giving and volunteerism, and ESG initiatives. Under her leadership, she develops programs that empower IBMers to apply their skills and technology to strengthen communities worldwide.

Prior to IBM, Sara was at Verizon, where she launched the company’s first strategic volunteer program. Previously, as head of CSR for Verizon Media and President of the AOL Foundation, she focused on expanding access through technology for women, girls, and underserved youth. Her earlier roles include founding Little West Group, a social impact consulting firm, and leading global programs at Goldman Sachs.

Sara holds an M.A. from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology and a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
