Sandra Pace is a Partner in the New York office of Pay Governance. She has over 25 years of experience advising public and private company clients on the design and implementation of executive compensation and Board of Director remuneration programs. Her experience includes working with publicly-traded corporations, privately held companies and non-profit organizations across various industries. Sandra assists compensation committees and management in the development of executive compensation strategies and competitive pay programs.

Prior to joining Pay Governance, Sandra was a Managing Director at Steven Hall & Partners and previously served as Vice President and Consultant at Pearl Meyer & Partners. Sandra holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from City University of New York at Queens College.

Sandra is a frequent speaker on compensation and corporate governance topics for various organizations and has hosted peer-to-peer roundtables related to executive compensation and governance matters.
