Dr. Sam Ambewadikar has been the RVP-Medical Director at Anthem National Accounts since 2018, supporting new business development and serving as the Medical Director for major accounts nationwide. With over 15 years as a Board-Certified Pediatrician, he possesses deep expertise in Clinical Informatics, having worked in various leadership roles, including VP-Clinical Informatics at Verisk Health and Chief Medical Information Officer for Humana. He has contributed significantly to areas like Population Health Analytics, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and Medical Economics. Dr. Sam is dedicated to improving health outcomes, particularly for underserved children, and began his career serving these communities. He holds a Medical Doctorate from the Boston University School of Medicine and an MBA from The Wharton School.
