Roel leads Deloitte’s rewards advisory practice in the Netherlands and advises major Dutch and European companies on their most strategic rewardschallenges. Roel specializes in matters such as (executive) remuneration strategy and policy, corporate governance, incentive design and paytransparency strategy. ?

 

Roel works with Supervisory Boards / Boards of Directors, Remuneration Committees, Management Boards and senior HR/rewards executives. Hebrings a concrete and pragmatic approach to navigating complex issues and developing tailored solutions. He provides strategic guidance, input intocritical judgement areas and insights on investor views.?

Roel has joined Deloitte in 2021 after having been with Willis Towers Watson for 10+ years, where - in his last role - he looked after the Rewards line-of-business for the Netherlands and Belgium, having responsibility for the executive compensation, strategic reward and data services practices.??
