At the intersection of people strategy and business performance, Robyn oversees the full employee experience from talent and leadership strategy to culture design and Total Rewards. She is known for reimagining compensation, benefits, and workplace practices to better support employees through every stage of life while driving accountability, connection, and sustainable performance.

With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across automotive finance, retail, healthcare, technology, and hospitality, Robyn brings a cross-industry perspective to building modern, people-centered organizations. Her work focuses on transforming culture at scale, aligning leadership behaviors with organizational values, and designing Total Rewards strategies that balance market competitiveness with human impact.
