Rhonda Kovach serves as the Manager of Health & Welfare at Xcel Energy, overseeing the strategy, design, and implementation of benefit programs for more than 15,000 bargained and non?bargained employees and retirees.

With over 20 years of experience managing employee benefits, she focuses on enhancing the employee experience while simultaneously advancing solutions that support Xcel Energy’s long?term goals. Her leadership has driven meaningful progress in innovation, harmonization, and simplification of health and welfare benefit programs.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
