Renee Albert is a visionary and innovative global HR/Benefits leader with expertise in developing global visions, strategies, and execution for benefit plans and programs. She has experience leading the global design, implementation, administration, and compliance of benefit programs, focusing on balancing shareholder value and enhancing a company's competitive edge as an employer of choice. Her experience also includes developing multi-year roadmaps and analyzing legislation, regulations, and environmental factors impacting plan performance and program competitiveness.

Renee has held significant roles throughout her career. She is currently the Director, Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Lyra Health; a company focused on redefining workforce mental health globally. Previously, Renee was the Vice President, Benefits Strategy at Marriott International. She led the global benefits & well-being strategy and benefit offerings for Facebook/Meta from 2013 to 2022 successfully scaling leading edge benefit solutions from approximately 5,000 employees to over 97,000 employees in 2022. Her earlier career includes roles at McKesson as Director, Health Care Strategy, and over 15 years at Symantec Corporation, where she held positions such as Sr. Director, Global Benefits. 

Renee continues to share her expertise in the benefits industry and has held a variety of leadership roles on employee benefit coalitions including the International Foundation of Employee Benefits (IFEBP), Business Group on Health (BGH), Employee Health Innovation RoundTable (EHIR), and Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF). 

She is recognized for her achievements, including being named EBN's 2018 Benefits Professional of the Year. Her publications include articles on employee perks for caregivers, major employers joining forces on paid leave, and corporate support for employees caring for those in need. She is also recognized for her compassion for caregivers and attracting/retaining talent.
