Rebecca Bosley is a strategic communicator and employee experience enthusiast with nearly a decade of knowledge spanning communications, project management, and recruitment marketing.

As Senior Manager of HR Communications at Spectrum, Rebecca works to educate Spectrum employees and their families on how to choose and use their benefits well, ensuring robust employee engagement and support. She’s focused on providing communications and content strategy for Spectrum’s benefits, with expertise in topics spanning health and insurance, pharmacy coverage, spending accounts, payroll, leaves coverage, family building benefits, and employee connectivity services.

Previously, Rebecca worked in recruitment marketing and employer brand for Veterinary Emergency Group and Phenom People. She first joined Spectrum in 2017 as a recruitment marketing intern and continued to grow with the Company in a number of marketing and communication specialist roles.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Marist University.
