Randy Tinsley is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Synopsys and brings nearly four decades of legal, financial and corporate experience to this role which participates in the development of corporate strategy and drives all aspects of M&A activity at Synopsys, from pipeline creation to deal integration.  Randy has also held several corporate development and finance leadership positions at technology companies, including Intuit, Amazon, Real Networks, and Intel. Randy also spent five years working as a legal associate in two prominent Silicon Valley law firms: Orrick and Fenwick & West.  Randy received his BA from UC Berkeley and his JD from University of Santa Clara where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
