Randy Forman is the Chief Growth Officer at Carrot, the leading global fertility and family-building platform. With over 15 years of experience in digital health and 25 years in healthcare, he has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation from seed to IPO across companies including Livongo, Teladoc Health, Oshi Health, and Path Mental Health.

Randy holds a BA in American Studies from Yale University, where he was active in baseball and campus organizations. Beyond his professional work, he serves as an Associate Board Member of the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center and is a strategic advisor to several digital health companies. He is based in the Greater Chicago Area.
