Ramon Benet is a Venture Partner with Nina Capital, a venture capital firm investing in innovative healthcare startups. In addition, Benet supports several startup companies as angel investor, board member and mentor. Prior to his retirement in 2021, Benet was CEO of Instrumentation Laboratory (IL), a leader in the Medical Device in vitro Diagnostics industry, and held marketing and sales positions of increasing responsibility for Centocor Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson and Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis). Benet holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from IESE, University of Navarra, both in Spain.
