Rachel is a benefits professional with 17+ years in employer benefits, health & wellness and retirement plans. As the Total Wellness Program Manager for Entergy, Rachel is dedicated to rebuilding holistic wellness for employees. With a deep understanding of the employer and employee benefits space, she is passionate about ensuring valuable and appreciated wellness benefits are in place and well communicated to Entergy employees.

Prior to Entergy, Rachel held her series 7 and 66 licenses along with her license in Life, Health & Accident and worked with employers to design their benefits package offerings.  She led the development of a foundational financial wellness program for the next generation of investors to support the sustainability and future growth of a traditional financial investment firm.

Rachel is a native of New Iberia, LA and currently resides in Baton Rouge, LA with her husband and two children, Elliot and Emmett.
