Rachel Quinn leads US network strategy for over a million Amazonians and their families. Her current role includes identifying and developing affordable, innovative valuable based care strategies, including Amazon’s advanced primary care strategy. Prior to Amazon, Rachel led and implemented value-based purchasing and Accountable Care Organizations and Center of Excellence direct contracts with leading health systems at the Washington state Health Care Authority. Rachel has also worked for the King County Health Benefits program and Public Health Department. She holds a dual masters degree in public health and public policy.
