Princess Little is the Director of Health and Welfare at Marriott International, where she leads health benefits strategy and solutions for all U.S. associates. She has been with the company almost a year and brings extensive experience driving strategy, partnerships, and operational transformation across the healthcare ecosystem.

Prior to joining Marriott in June 2026, Princess held various leadership roles over the past 20 years in healthcare, where she focused on building meaningful consumer experiences, bold and data-informed decision-making, and disciplined execution.

She is recognized and passionate about her pragmatic, action-oriented approach to complex challenges and brings a clear, grounded perspective to conversations on the future of healthcare. Her work is anchored in the belief that meaningful transformation requires both clarity and courage.

Princess graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Social Work and University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s in psychology.
