Prabhat Dhar is Head of Enterprise at Superpower, where he leads the company’s employer and strategic benefits business. He works with employers, benefits consultants, and other partners to bring a more proactive approach to healthcare into the workplace -  helping people better understand their health, identify risk earlier, and take action before issues become more serious or costly.

Previously, Prabhat led the commercial team at Headspace, partnering with employers and benefits leaders during a period of rapid change in how companies approached employee mental health. He helped scale the employer business as mental health and wellbeing moved from an emerging category to a core part of the benefits ecosystem.

Prabhat has spent his career at the intersection of healthcare, employee benefits, and go-to-market strategy. He is particularly interested in how new models of care earn trust, drive meaningful employee engagement, and ultimately become part of the standard healthcare experience. Today, his focus is on the shift from reactive healthcare toward a model that gives individuals more data, intelligence, and agency over their health — and the role employers can play in accelerating that transition to contain cost.
