Piyush has spent most of his career in General manager roles running different Nielsen businesses in Asia, Middle East, Africa and US and four years ago set up their Global People Analytics function based out of their global HQ in  Wilton, CT.

Piyush is very passionate about unlocking the potential of  talent to the extent that even they can’t imagine. Given this passion and his analytics experience around the world, he moved to HR to lead People Analytics. He developed and provided strategic direction to the company and prepared their workforce for the future.

He moved in Sept’17 to Johnson and Johnson to lead their Global Workforce Analytics function based in their global HQ in New Brunswick, NJ. He is developing strategies to create better business outcomes through better people decisions and is leading several projects with predictive analytics.
