Phil Lacy

Summary of Qualifications

Phil Lacy has worked in the employee benefits field for more than 40 years and recently retired from MMA as the Center of Excellence Practice Leader for MMA’s Absence, Disability and Life Practice.  Phil and his team are responsible for assisting MMA’s most complex client’s with “Time Away from Work” strategies and consulting solutions.  His team has responsibility for claim audits, leave and statutory disability compliance, benchmarking and thought leadership.

Phil is a long-time board member and past Chairman of the Board for IBI and Past President of the Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA).

B.S. in Finance, Missouri State University
