Paul is a growth advisor, board member, and executive coach who partners with entrepreneurs, founders, and CEOs to accelerate value creation in AI and technology — bridging strategy, execution, and leadership across fundraising, valuation growth, and strategic M&A.

Over a thirty-year career, he has operated at both ends of the spectrum: the discipline of global scale and the instinct of the founder. In leadership roles at Microsoft, ITC Infotech, Mindtree, Infosys, and Unilever, he shaped digital and AI transformation journeys for some of the world's most ambitious organizations.

As co-founder of the entity that became Big Basket — India's largest e-grocer — and as former Managing Director at Elevar Equity, he brings firsthand experience as both entrepreneur and investor.

His most recent operating role was as President of Digital Services at ITC Infotech (~$500M), where he led the transformation of the organization into a high-growth digital services challenger, helping clients realize tangible value from AI and cloud-enabled process transformation.

Today, Paul advises venture-backed companies in industrial AI and sits on boards across the startup ecosystem. His advisory work spans autonomous robotics, AI-powered quality inspection, and connected worker platforms — giving him a practitioner's view of where industrial AI is moving from pilot to scale.

A CFI-certified Executive and Team Coach specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Positive Psychology, he works with senior leaders to achieve both high performance and personal fulfillment in the digital economy.

Paul holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
