Patricia Molina

Patricia is a Council Relations Executive at The Conference Board of Canada. She works closely with executive council members to build trusted relationships, foster meaningful peer connections, and create opportunities for senior leaders to exchange insights, perspectives, and best practices.

She brings more than a decade of experience in relationship management, strategic partnerships, communications, and member engagement. Throughout her career, she has held roles across the advertising, technology, higher education, and non-profit sectors in Europe and Canada. Her international experience includes supporting European Commission-funded projects and helping organizations strengthen stakeholder relationships, build engaged communities, and deliver strategic initiatives that create lasting value.

Before joining The Conference Board, Patricia worked with senior stakeholders across Canada's advertising and media industry, developing executive programming, cultivating strategic partnerships, and strengthening member engagement.
