Nina Young

Nina Young is a member engagement manager at The Conference Board and works with ESF Center members, providing introductions to invitation only and confidential peer-to-peer executive networks that facilitate the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and innovative insights to improve personal and organizational performance.

Since joining The Conference Board in 2001, she has worked in numerous roles across the organization, chiefly special events marketing, mid-market member development, government member engagement, higher education memberships, and her current role ensuring that our ESF Center members take full advantage of the benefits that go along with their membership.

She brings a variety of experience from prior roles at TT International, Woodfin Camp & Associates, and Macmillan Publishing.

Ms. Young holds a BA in comparative literature and languages from Yale University, and a certificate in proofreading and copyediting from New York University. In 2022, she was named the top retention performer by The Conference Board.
