Nina Lönnquist is the Global Head of Performance & Reward at ABB. With more than 20 years of experience in the reward field, she has led compensation and benefits functions across several publicly listed companies. As a member of HR leadership teams, Nina has shaped HR strategies, operating models, and technology agendas. She also works closely with Compensation Committees on corporate governance matters, including remuneration policies, regulatory disclosures, and compensation reports.
