Nina Hodzic is Head of the Sustainable Investment Office at Allianz Global Investors and is based in Germany. In this role, she is responsible for shaping AllianzGI’s overall sustainable investment strategy and policies, sustainable product strategy and the coordination of cross-functional sustainability topics across the firm. Before, she was Director ESG Integration and Solutions at AllianzGI, which she joined in 2017. She is a member of the Advisory Board of LeaderXXchange and a member of SASB Standards Investor Advisory Group.

Nina has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining AllianzGI, Nina worked at NN Investment Partners in The Netherlands and Belgium, where she had global responsibility for ESG analysis and reporting, screening methods and communication with various internal and external parties on sustainability topics. She started her career at ING Group Market Risk Management in 2003 developing and implementing stress testing practices and scenario analysis for ING Bank trading portfolio.

Nina holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Econometrics (Quantitative Finance) from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and also has a postgraduate diploma in Managing Technology and Strategy from ESMT Berlin, Germany.
