Nikki Olszyk is a seasoned employee benefits professional with over 17 years of experience in benefits strategy, program management, and client services. She currently serves as the Wellbeing & Rewards Benefits Manager at RSM US LLP, the leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services focused on the middle market. At RSM, Nikki leads the strategic development and optimization of employee benefits for more than 14,000 team members across the United States and Canada, aligning the firm’s wellbeing and rewards programs with its people-first culture and business objectives.

Nikki joined RSM in 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise from her previous role at Baker Tilly, where she specialized in benefits administration and consulting. Her deep knowledge spans benefits program design and implementation, compliance, pre-tax account management, and COBRA and retiree benefits administration.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bucknell University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Nikki is also an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where she continues to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
