Nicole Furnia is the University Relations Manager for North America with Eaton Corp. She joined Eaton in April 2017 and has held the role of Campus Manager and Sr. Campus Manager previously. In those roles she managed the recruiting for Eaton’s U.S. Undergraduate and Master’s Business Programs, including Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Human Resources and Supply Chain Management. In addition, Nicole has managed the Eaton relationship with more than 12 of the 25 target universities where she has built strong, strategic relationships with the business schools, career management offices, faculty/staff and student organizations.

Nicole has been in recruiting and management related roles since 2006 in both the banking and insurance industries. Since entering campus recruiting in 2014 she has found her passion. Nicole enjoys working with business leaders to identify early talent needs and building new, impactful relationships on-campus to achieve these hiring goals. Her strength is finding new, creative ways to connect with students on-campus and to build a strong hiring brand.

Nicole has her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Clarion University, as well as her Masters in Magazine, Newspaper and On-Line Journalism from Syracuse University.
