Nicholas works across industry and education to make artificial intelligence practical and human-centered. He serves as Director (Affiliate status) of AI Programs at Caltech's Center for Technology and Management Education (CTME), where he designs programs that bring together faculty, researchers, and industry partners to train executives, managers, and engineers in AI strategy and implementation. He is also Director of AI at Wavicle Data Solutions, where he leads teams building enterprise machine learning and generative AI systems. His career covers AI/ML engineering, curriculum design, and enterprise strategy, taking organizations from early proofs of concept to production. He has worked with organizations including Disney, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Estée Lauder, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Defense, on projects across Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia.
