Nichole Ingalls is the Senior Benefits Manager of Global Wellbeing and Communications at Pure Storage. Since joining in 2019, she has overseen the development, transformation, and implementation of North American benefit programs, as well as employee education campaigns. With over a decade of experience and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University, Nichole collaborates across teams to streamline processes, enhancing both employee and Benefits team experiences across all benefit areas. She is dedicated to helping employees understand their benefits through creative and intuitive communications, ensuring they receive the right information at the right time.

With a passion for helping employees make the most of the benefits available to them to live their fullest and most balanced lives, she assesses Pure Storage's wellbeing programs to ensure they are providing meaningful value to employees and their families, while optimizing the company's spend by monitoring a homegrown dashboard and providing strategic guidance for Pure Storage's benefit offering. Often referred to by her vendor partners as a "super user," Nichole deeply engages with as many benefit programs as possible to identify all the ways each program can support employees, which she then promotes through employee communications.
