Mike is the Head of Enterprise Transformation at Dow, and leads the Transformation Management Office (TMO), the company’s Transform to Outperform initiative, an enterprise effort focused on delivering profitable growth and productivity by fundamentally changing the way work gets done. Transform to Outperform targets the addition of at least $2 billion in near-term Op. EBITDA.

With three decades at Dow, Mike brings deep experience across IT, purchasing, human resources, and enterprise operations. He has led large-scale systems implementations, operating model improvements, and process redesign efforts, while consistently driving collaboration across functions and geographies to deliver value.
